DeskFlow only sends SMS messages to customers after a customer has provided explicit consent during a customer-initiated interaction, such as a phone call to request service.

During the call, before any SMS message is sent, the customer is informed that they will receive a text message related to their request, including appointment confirmations, reminders, and service updates. The customer must provide verbal consent to receive this message before any SMS is sent.
